Avoid this Location! you can tell the ownership and management here have a bad attitude towards Amazon returns. They want to charge me to print a UPS label which the printers in the stickers are provided by UPS it cost them nothing it’s just a money, Grab to tell you you have to pay to print/ every other UPS Store in the area will scan it and print a label for you on the UPS provided sticker labels/ these guys just want to take advantage of customers and penny pinch anyone they can- to top it off places always dirty and smelly. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location goes out of business soon so be careful getting a mailbox here!

Stephanie (I hope that's the right spelling) was WONDERFUL. I walked in deer in headlights status because being an adult is confusing and scary. She immediately locked onto my nervous energy and guided me to the light with patience and a smile. I literally had the thing I was sending and money for the transaction. She helped with the packaging choices, getting the label sorted, and the different shipping options with zero pressure on my fragile state. May her pillow always be cool and she never have any inconvenience again. Top tier human.
Nicholas was unbelievably helpful today. I came in with a huge load of large packages while the store was absolutely slammed, and he still handled everything with ease, patience, and a big smile.
He worked incredibly hard, kept things moving, and made what could have been a stressful job feel completely straightforward. The whole team was great, but Nicholas really stood out. Proper legend.
Couldn’t recommend this UPS Store more. Nicholas deserves a pay raise for sure, and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location whenever I’m in town.
I had a very bad experience at this location on two separate visits. The staff came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, with some appearing distracted and on their phones with poor attitudes. My second visit was especially bad. Leslie (I believe that was her name) had a very poor attitude, and the notary was also unhelpful. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I would not return.
