  I was attended by Stephanie, she has an angry attitude, very empathetic with the client. They don't explain well. She told me to shut up because only she wanted to be right. I told her I didn't come to argue please listen to me. Whatever happens, The Customer Service has to be friendly.

  I ship product to my customers daily using UPS. I print my own labels. I just pulled up in the parking lot and gave a UPS driver two packages and the kid from the UPS store started to demand that I take them inside to be scanned. No. I didn't go in your store. I was speaking to the UPS driver who works for UPS not a franchised UPS store. You have nothing to do with this. After arguing with me and seeing I wasn't going into his store, he finally left. This is exactly why I don't deal with UPS stores. I print my own labels, there is no reason for a middle man. I gave the driver my packages just like I would had he came to my door. I will be reporting this behavior to UPS.

She took the time to go in depth on design ideas, paying attention to every small detail to make sure the final product matched my exact vision. Christina and Josh were absolute lifesavers too. They stepped in with awesome suggestions and gave me a fresh idea that was way better than what I originally had in mind... Her team's creativity, patience, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction are hard to find anywhere else. On top of that, the pricing was unbelievably reasonable for the exceptional quality and collaborative effort put in. The whole environment is warm, efficient, and stress free the second you walk through the door. Lucy and her team truly go above and beyond in every way, and I couldn't be happier with the results on my project. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future printing and design projects!

  I visited the store 7/29/26 around 5:30pm and had bad customer service. I needed to ship my birth certificate I asked if they had any regular/standard envelopes and the guy working gestured to all the shipping materials for purchase and said “are those not regular envelopes”. I had already checked that area and did not see what I needed, that’s why I asked. If that’s where we are starting the interaction, I’m not handing this guy my personal records to be mailed. I walked out, went to FedEx down the street and they were super helpful and friendly.

  I am here on a Sunday at 11:45 am and they are closed. Website states they are open, the hours they have posted on the door have Subday labeled as 10am-5pm. Doors locked gate locked. No notice of why, they are just closed. Don't waste your time driving here, they wont be any help because they are closed during business hours. Unacceptable.
