I'm very happy with this UPS location. The employees are very polite and friendly, but they do expect you to be kind to them as well. They are perfectly willing to work with you, and deliver excellent service. Thumbs up all around!
I had an incredibly frustrating and bizarre experience at this location today (June 12, 2026). I came in simply to drop off a return package containing clothing and scan the barcode.
The lady at the front desk immediately greeted me with a terrible attitude. When I told her the package contained clothing, she began interrogating me about the exact materials of every single item. She literally demanded to know if the clothes were khaki, linen, or cotton. I have never heard of a shipping drop-off requiring a detailed fabric breakdown just to scan a return QR code—it was completely ridiculous and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, she was throwing things around and making her bad attitude incredibly obvious throughout the entire interaction. This location used to be much better, but the level of unprofessionalism she displayed today was unacceptable. The staff here desperately need to be retrained on basic customer service and standard drop-off procedures. I will not be returning to this store.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. They work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while still providing outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and creates a great overall vibe. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and I truly appreciate their dedication. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be returning.

Your rates are extremely high and my package was delayed because it had to go to your main facility first in Kentucky, Lucy stated which is beyond ridiculous when it's already in Phoenix and she charged me unnecessarily for a yellow envelope only to go inside a UPS package envelope to get more money out of me.

Waited in line for quite a bit of time while an employee loudly complained about having to work today and having to work early tomorrow. The other employees that were helping were overwhelmed with people, however this particular employee turned her chair around to ignore the line, played on her phone, and does not have shoes on. She was very unprofessional and is giving this particular location a bad name.
