  I came in earlier today and the loveliest employ helped me. I asked her her name but can't remember it for the life of me I believe it started with a v ( please don't hate me ) lol anyhoo she was very knowledgeable and smart if she isn't a manager yet she so should be! She explained the process to me and made me feel heard. Thanks girl keep up the amazing work!!!

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They made what could have been a stressful shipping process feel quick and easy, answering all my questions and making sure everything was packaged perfectly. The store itself was clean, organized, and efficient, even during a busy time, the team kept things moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. It’s clear they really care about customer service and take pride in what they do

  I had an Amazon return and went to this store. That was quick and easy. And ended up getting a print job done. The staff (Gurmeet) spent time to explain my options. I will for sure be visiting this store for all my future mailing and printing needs
