  Trashy employees. Horrible customer service. Dirty store. Be careful they will lie about amazon returns just to sell you a bag for 3 or a box for 5.

  Went to this store today right before they closed. There was one girl working and about 9 people in line. She was quick, professional, and pleasant. I hope she gets recognized by her supervisor. Never have issues at this location always a good experience.

  This UPS is so SLOW!! Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me and every time I come here there’s always the longest line and 1 worker working the counter.

  UPS reimburse me!!!! Why the hell would they close early before a holiday when they are scheduled to be open for “carpet cleaning”??? My package was never scanned when the employee took it, and now the receiver charged me $120 bucks for it being late because you closed early without announcing it. DO THAT AFTER HOURS. Why the hell did I get penalized for your bad time management??? Does it cost extra to schedule carpet cleaning after hours and you’re too cheap to do it on a scheduled day off???? If you don’t reimburse me I’m calling corporate. CLEAN YOUR CARPET ON A DAY CUSTOMERS DON’T EXPECT YOU TO BE OPEN, NOT DURING YOUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
