I have been a long time (16 years) patron of this ups store. This store has amazing staff and customer service. Susie is hands down the best client services employee UPS has. Susie goes out of her way to assist, resolve issues and help customers. She is a great role model for the rest of the staff who also do an amazing job. Thank you Susie and UPS store 4120.

The ladies working the office this afternoon were extremely helpful and got everything done in a professional manner from beginning to end. I called ahead to ask about some services and they went above and beyond. Truly outstanding customer service.

Susie has been WONDERFUL!!! We had scheduled & paid for a 2 day guaranteed delivery which took 7 days. She's been following the "delivery" and keeping us up to date. She really has gone above & beyond in her customer service. Thank you Susie!!! Julie Miller
