  Susie has been WONDERFUL!!! We had scheduled & paid for a 2 day guaranteed delivery which took 7 days. She's been following the "delivery" and keeping us up to date. She really has gone above & beyond in her customer service. Thank you Susie!!! Julie Miller

  I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had at this location Susie was a gem excellent personality very helpful very respectful the store is so clean nice comfortable atmosphere I am definitely referring everybody I know to this location it was very much worth the experience will definitely come back

  Every other UPS store around the country I've ever sent a package to has no problem receiving packages I send there except for this one for reasons unknown. First time the lady at the desk got very angry with me for sending packages there, 2nd time they just refused the delivery for no reason. I don't know what I ever did to them lol so don't send packages here they will fuss at you & lose your mail if you send it here

  This location has a long-standing customer service problem. Nearly every visit feels the same—rude employees, poor attitudes, and a complete lack of customer service. At some point, this stops being an employee issue and becomes a management issue. The owners often respond to reviews apologizing for customers' experiences, but if the same complaints keep appearing year after year, clearly nothing is changing. Customers shouldn't have to drive to other UPS Store locations just to avoid being treated poorly. It's disappointing because this location serves a great area and could be a valuable resource for the community. Instead, many people actively avoid it due to the consistently negative interactions. Management needs to take customer feedback seriously and make meaningful changes to the culture of this store.
