I have yet to get a response and I brought proof of my arrival time. I stated in my email to them that you can see the lights off and cage down in the photo. Yet, they state they were open past close. I have since started using another ups location. 20 minutes before close and they locked the door? I understand a restaurant locking its doors 30 minutes early because of the prep you have to do. But this is UPS. If you say you’re open till five be open until five not until 4:40
