  I went to UPS to return a stroller and I was having trouble fitting the stroller back into the box. Upon entering The UPS Store, I was greeted by Jaime, who was more than happy to fit the stroller into the box for me. He saved me from having to struggle with the stroller wheels and to be completely honest, a little meltdown. I was so grateful for Jaime’s kindness and support. I was very impressed with his level of customer service. I will definitely come back to this location, thank you for being wonderful, Jaime!

  Yaritztha was extremely rude. I was standing in line next for a very long time while she refused to acknowledge me or assist me. She did not try to multi task while I had a simple code to scan since the scan machine return only does Amazon code. She didn’t try to help next customer as there was a line & apparently she was the only one there. The customer she was helping was just standing there for a very long time trying to figure out their address. While there was a wait, she could have helped me quickly but she took her sweet time and did not care. Every ups helps multiple customers at once. Her customer service was not there at all, shes rude careless and took her sweet time and was not nice at all.

  I returned a computer that came from Amazon to this UPS store. Expensive item. I got a receipt. Been a week and haven’t heard any updates about my refund from Amazon or from UPS. From my POV it looks like Amazon doesn’t even know I returned it. I just called to see if I can get any updates and information regarding why nothing has been updated on my end and they just said “it’s all erased from their system” and “it’s amazons problem” refused to help me and this is a very expensive product they’re telling me they aren’t a part of.
