  I was able to walk in and walk out with fast friendly service. Very knowledgeable customer service. As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted and thanked after I was finished.

  Just went to drop off a package at 8:45am and the door was locked with no one inside. The hours say they open at 8am. It just made things very inconvenient.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star Review Spencer I visited The UPS Store at Desert Ridge today and had a great experience. Spencer assisted me and was absolutely fantastic. He was multitasking and helping three or four different customers at the same time while still staying friendly, professional, and efficient. He got my paperwork taken care of quickly and made the whole process easy. Spencer was kind, patient, and very talented at what he does. Excellent customer service — definitely made it a simple process. Today working with Spencer earned five-star experience with excellent service.
