  I was asked to pay a $3 email retrieval fee for printing a single shipping label, even though this fee was waived during my previous visits on April 6, May 2., June 2, June 18, July 3, and July 5. Thankfully, given the advent of AI, it’s easy to verify visit history now, and I can confirm the dates I came in needing a label that wasn’t automatically printed from the Amazon return kiosk. I appreciated the fee being waived in the past, but during this visit I was told that this charge is applied consistently to every customer “ We consistently charge this fee”.. Based on my own experience, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Other staff members and the same staff member that told me this have waived it without hesitation on multiple occasions without me ever prompting it (“don’t worry about the fee !”) Because I’m an adult and I recognize what fee for service is, I’m not fighting against your policy. I’m trying to I understand if you understand what ‘policy’ means. If a policy is going to be presented as a standard, it should be applied consistently. Standards that are enforced only some of the time aren’t really standards—they’re preferences. I would encourage store management to either apply this policy consistently or clarify that it is left to employee discretion.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy helping me every time I go in. If I did not have time to tape my package they tape it up securely for me. They keep my phone number on file and the people that I send packages to so I just give them the name and they print out the label. Every big package I sent to Tucson with UPS ground gets there overnight . It is so much friendlier than the post office. You can send things through the United States Postal Service it goes out in the morning.
