  The staff here is Always helpful and friendly. Also this location is open on Sunday unexpectedly:) which makes a busy life a bit easier.

  I don’t even know what to say about the manager here. The way I was just treated by her was extremely rude and condescending. I am a business owner as such know that if there are stipulations on having a box with the store, they need to be clearly communicated up front instead of after signing a $600 contract. Rudely, loudly, and in front of all of the other store guests, might I add. May I suggest Brooks as a new manager, please because he is always kind, friendly and willing to help.

  Wow, I was already having a rough day and Brooks (wears glasses) was so incredibly rude!!! I have been using UPS for all of my shipping needs and this just put the WORST taste in my mouth about this company!!!! That was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life to the point I feel compelled to write a review about it!!!! I never do this!!! Absolutely insane! Brooks needs to be fired.
