What an amazing UPS store. Everyone here is great each time I come in. They help me with my Amazon returns and I was also able to get a poster printed the same day for my daughter’s birthday.

Best UPS store in Phoenix! Always willing to help with anything you need, very quick and efficient. They are all very friendly. My toddler gets excited to go visit this location when we have to mail things/ do our amazon returns. Ha! If I could give 10+ stars I would. Great service, thanks to the entire team!

The staff was very helpful as I was returning four large boxes, garden beds that I purchased from Amazon. This was the first time I had to pay to return an item purchased from Amazon. The garden beds cost $80 each and I had to pay $57.27 each to ship them back! Ouch! I wish I had been informed I’d be responsible to ship back if I was not happy with my purchase.

Jason and Darrin were so helpful! We had been putting off getting something notarized, but they made it quick and painless. They also made our boys’ day with Hot Wheels and a little racetrack, which made a boring errand so much more fun. Really appreciate their kindness and great service!
