  These guys are the best. Every time I come in they are so helpful and kind. I LOVE that this location is open on Sunday’s. And bonus: if you bring your kids to help with your errands they give away hot wheels to kids!!

  I would like to provide feedback regarding my experiences with Jake at this UPS Store. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had with him has been consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. Whenever I bring in an Amazon return, he acts as though it's an inconvenience, even when the store is empty and there are no other customers waiting. His demeanor makes it feel like customers are bothering him simply by using the services the store provides. Additionally, there is little to no customer interaction. He doesn't greet customers, explain anything about the return process, or even say "thank you" or "have a nice day." He simply hands over the receipt without saying a word. While I understand not every interaction needs to be lengthy, basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way.
