  I have 2 UPS stores closer to my home, but I go out of my way to visit the one on Tatum & Thunderbird. The staff there is exceptionally efficient, quick, non-judgmental, and they DON’T MAKE CUSTOMERS use the Amazon return machines. In contrast, the UPS on Tatum & Bell is a nightmare. The men there are extremely rude (ESPECIALLY if you turn down using the machine), and if there are 2-3 employees working, they won’t help you. Instead, they’ll let you stand in line until the one employee behind the desk is ready to assist you.

  I have always received great service from this location. The ones that give 1 star, you just have to wonder what kind of customer they are.

  I had a horrible experience at this UPS Store today (3/30/26). I walked in and was the only customer there. I had a few questions before I shipped something. She was extremely rude while answering my questions. I wasn’t doing anything unusual, just asking basic questions about the shipping process, but her tone made it feel like I was bothering her the entire time. When the transaction was done, she handed me the receipt and just said, “here’s your receipt,” with no thank you or anything. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for that level of attitude toward a customer simply trying to ship a package. I was tempted to be rude back but I was afraid my package would be messed with. I will be following up with corporate about this experience.
