  Normally I would give 5 stars. Today the facility has no ac working. The door has to be propped open to circulate hot air. Not a good place to drop off items for an elderly person or a person with health issues. The staff remain extremely customer service oriented with great service and helpful with everything. Take care of the employees who take care of your business quickly as you would want your own home taken care of.. am . 10-5-26

  Don't bother coming to this location, whoever runs it does not understand the concept of operating hours. They are supposed to open at 8am. I got there around 10am and they were still closed. Waited about half an hour as I had to use the bus and couldn't just go to another location. Still no one showed up. Go somewhere else, it's obvious this location doesn't want anyone's business.

  I have never experienced so many issues with packages not being picked up and being delayed a day as I have at this location. So many times I have dropped off multiple packages for next-day delivery, and of the three to five packages dropped off, one or two of them will somehow be missed and delayed a day; I just don't understand it. UPS support and the store are no help, as they both point the finger at each other. It is definitely this location, since I cycle between three other UPS stores (two off Bell Rd. and one off Dunlap) where I drop my packages off, and I never seem to experience this issue with those other sites.

  I am writing to formally report an incident I witnessed at your location on August 31, 2026, at approximately 3 something in afternoon PM while I was there to complete Amazon returns. During my visit, I witnessed a female employee speaking on the phone and making threatening comments about physically fighting another coworker. These comments were made within hearing distance of customers, which I found extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and concerning. The other employee appeared to be performing her assigned duties, including fingerprinting, as required. Regardless of any disagreement between employees, threatening a coworker or discussing physical violence in front of customers is unacceptable workplace behavior. As a customer, I should not have to be exposed to workplace conflict or threats of violence while visiting the location. I believe this matter should be investigated by management and corporate and addressed appropriately. I am reporting this because I feel the behavior was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable environment for customers and employees. I respectfully request that the incident be reviewed and appropriate action be taken.
