    They employee i dealt with. Had patience and listened to me. The Ups store was the 4th establishment i went to trying to get a refund for a phone that was purchased on Walmart.com but walmart would not accept my return.? The ups employee made my day, and helped me take care of my issues. His name was Zavier!!!!

    Do not trust. Not a legitimate UPS location. Scheduled an appointment for a 70 yo with severe mobility issues for ID.me and was turned away.
