Terrible service. Lost my package that I dropped off and then told me to call customer service when I went back in for help finding it. Will never ship here again.

Good service but the prices are out of control at this storage facility. I don't know if they're all the same, but it's still crazy. I returned two pairs of Nike shoes and they charged me $15 for an empty packaging box and $3 for printing the label. I did it because I didn't have time, but I won't do it again.
Had such a great experience at the grand reopening of The UPS Store! The store looked amazing, everything was organized and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. You can tell how much hard work and care the new owner Dipa Patel put into reopening this location. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the event feel really special. Excited to have this business in the community and definitely recommend stopping by for your shipping, printing, and mailbox needs!

The UPS store at 19 th and Union hills was dirty, unorganized, utterly disshoved.I was returning items to a retailer that required a q r code and such.The lady that helped me, saw me enter the store then immediately went to the back leaving me waiting for maybe 5 minutes.When she helped me I had to point out the item codes and practically do her job for her...I'm not sure she handled the process right.I felt like I was bothering her as a customer.
Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this UPS location. I dropped off a package that was initially rejected because it was a reused box that previously had alcohol branding on it. I was told I needed to cover any indication that it had been an alcohol box, so I took it home, covered everything up, and brought it back.
I later found out (8 days later) the package had been sitting there the entire time and was never shipped out. No one called me, no one notified me, and no employee mentioned there was still supposedly an issue with the box. When I came back and asked why it hadn’t moved, they again claimed it was because it was an alcohol box, but when I asked them to show me where on the box it still indicated that, they couldn’t.
To make it worse, the person who appeared to be the manager (and who's was initially handed the package) was defensive, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude when I confronted her about the issue. Instead of taking accountability or even trying to help, she acted irritated and dismissive.
This caused an unnecessary delay for my customer and made me look bad as a seller, even though I had dropped the package off on time. I ended up taking the package back and dropping it off at another UPS location, where it was accepted with no issues!!!
This employee/manager would not give me her name, which is against their company policy. UPS corporate is aware of the incident and will be following up as well.
I would not trust this location with important shipments again.
