  Even though this store is busy every time. I stop in, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service! A big shout out to Jacque for helping me complete paperwork correctly and getting it overnighted to the East Coast!!

  I come to this location to process returns for my employer. I am usually greeted and acknowledged by the team here, even when they're with customers. Today was a completely different experience. This afternoon, there was a young man working the counter, 20-ish in a blue shirt. I was getting started on my return and a driver came in to drop off something. The driver asked if the UPS employee spoke Spanish. The employee was extremely dismissive and rude towards him. I went up the counter to note something about my package and he didn't even say anything to me and didn't make eye contact. I get we all have bad days, but it seemed like he didn't want to be there, at all. Much less be customer-facing. The bare minimum for customer service was not there today.
