  I visited this store twice to complete my I-10 process, but both visits were unsuccessful. The staff did not seem to know how to handle the process and even asked us to complete parts of it ourselves using their system. They were also unsure about which documents were required and what needed to be approved. During my second visit, the lady assisting me was very unhelpful and impatient. It appeared that she either didn't know how to proceed or wasn't willing to assist. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she simply told me to come back the next day because she didn't have time. This experience was frustrating and resulted in multiple unnecessary trips. I hope the staff receive proper training so they can provide accurate information and better customer service in the future.
