  The older woman who works there does not know how to do her job. Don’t offer happy returns if you don’t train your staff how to do them, all she has to do is scan 2 QR codes and she could not figure it out. Absolutely insane !! I had to go home get a box and do my return usps when I had an appointment right next door. She was also very rude terrible customer service!!

  If It says you close at 4 I should be able to drop off a prepaid package @3:55. I get that Its Sunday and you want to go home but when I show up 5 minutes before the posted closing time and the gates are closed lights off and the door is locked, you just waisted my time. I used to work retail and we closed at 10pm meaning we offered out help until 10pm not ~9:45ish. Bad service.
