    I recently visited this Subway after placing a mobile order, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. When I arrived, the employee working that night seemed reluctant to help and questioned whether the order was actually mine, which felt uncomfortable. After confirming my order, I was given cups for drinks I had already paid for. When I went to use the fountain machine, I noticed what appeared to be mold in the ice. I brought it to the employee’s attention, and while she asked me to leave it on a napkin so she could inspect it, there was no offer to replace the drink with a bottled option or provide an alternative. Overall, the service felt rushed, and it seemed like the staff didn’t want to engage with customers. I hope this location can improve both cleanliness and customer service moving forward.

    I ordered online I ordered 2 subs one was perfectly fine the second one was missing almost everything I ordered on it the second thing was since I ordered online they didn’t have the chips I wanted so I wrote in the notes to switch out the chips for a different kind I went to pick up and they didn’t switch them out was told they couldn’t do that because of inventory I was told by a worker at that location as long as I put it in the instructions they can do it but she couldn’t do it because it’s what I order which everyone knows how inventory works and it was in the instructions before you added it to your inventory won’t be back again thanks 👍

    I ordered on the subway app for delivery and ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 bottle drink i only got 1 sandwich and no drink i called about it they told me that they gave the dasher the 2 sandwiches and they told me they were gonna call me back i waited 2 days and i called back the manager answered and i asked about the refund and she just hung up, I have been calling all day and they don’t want to answer

    Arrived at 9:20pm as soon as I arrive the young man was already having bad night. I order 6" sub NO VEGGIES except for lettuce (which I don't like), spinach, tomatoes and onions. When I asked for bell peppers and cucumbers he said no I already put them away. So I asked for more spinach on my sub since I was given like 5 leaves already as it is. And ask him to make it a meal got 4 cookies paid and when I asked for my drink he was going to charge it again. I said I asked for a meal paid over 12 dollars and even left a tip. Won't be doing that again... horrible service!!
