  The location on Cactus will not see me or my family again! The one employee on duty was rude and kept rubbing his hair while preparing our food. Then another person in the restaurant who said they were an off duty emplyee began berating my son & i for sending in an online order for 8 footlong subs. He continued harassing us and calling us names. We declined our order & received a refund from the "supervisor" via phone. Thank her for that. But too many other choices in this area to settle for this kind of poor customer service.

  Why would this store list as open at 8 on there doors but the few times I’ve come at 8:20 they are still locked pretty crap service either way. Either employees aren’t opening and or are late or they are to lazy to update sign either way only subway that consistently has this problem

  Like others say, this location is the best. I’m very thankful I live so close. The employees are always extremely friendly and truly seem like they love their job. It’s refreshing. They seem to take pride in being a “sandwich artist” and all the veggies are always neatly put away and fresh.

  I waited in the store for 5 minutes with no one up front. I said “hello” a couple of times with no response… 1st and last time going to this store.
