  The lady that works up there she messed up on my sandwich and almost keep charging me the wrong thing and the corporate sucks yall need to rethink who yall hire and fire will not be going back and they fired one of the boys who I liked and ik people liked

  Jon was absolutely amazing!! I was just picking up an order for my mom & I; he said it was his “first wrap he made so it wasn’t the best.” I’m not kidding it was THE BEST wrap! Big kudos to Jon for killing it! Not only was I supplied with a fantastic wrap, his pride in his work was evident. Thank you Jon!

  The location on Cactus will not see me or my family again! The one employee on duty was rude and kept rubbing his hair while preparing our food. Then another person in the restaurant who said they were an off duty emplyee began berating my son & i for sending in an online order for 8 footlong subs. He continued harassing us and calling us names. We declined our order & received a refund from the "supervisor" via phone. Thank her for that. But too many other choices in this area to settle for this kind of poor customer service.

  Why would this store list as open at 8 on there doors but the few times I’ve come at 8:20 they are still locked pretty crap service either way. Either employees aren’t opening and or are late or they are to lazy to update sign either way only subway that consistently has this problem
