Since the location of this Subway changed from the NW corner of Cave Creek/Cactus to the NE corner, it has gone downhill. The new owners do not participate in coupons and do not offer all items listed on the Subway app. I ordered a Grilled Tuna with 3x provolone, tomatoes, green peppers and parmesan cheese. All I got was a toasted tuna with hardly any tuna in it, regular 4 half slices of provolone and the tomatoes and green peppers. I didn't even taste the parmesan. I had to go back in and let the lady know this isn't what I ordered, after checking it when I got into my vehicle. She said we don't offer that any more. I said you need to update what your store offers since there was nothing to tell me otherwise when I used the app. This is misleading and fraudulent.
I know that there has been controversy over Subway's tuna, but this last sandwich I had today, tasted terrible. Bland. I don't think I've ever tasted tuna so bad. This subway is closest to me, but I don't think I'll be going to this one any more. Sure, it's clean, but I'd like my food to be palatable also.
