    I always have the best experiences at this Subway when Julie is working!! Julie is the sweetest woman I have ever encountered and makes every guest feel welcome and is so helpful and accommodating. Give Julie a raise or at the very least some praise!! She’s amazing!

    i was a big fan of this subway before but now have never had such a frustrating and poorly handled experience with any restaurant i’ve been to. i placed an online order for pick-up (using the app, since the website gave me issues. seems like they often have issues with online ordering via the website and the app). the app showed a 30-40 minute wait, which felt off for a simple order with 2 sandwiches especially since i’ve ordered at this particular subway many times. the online ordering not working randomly was something i could deal with. when i called the store to check if the wait time was accurate, i was told they never received my order, there was “nothing they could do,” and that i’d AUTOMATICALLY be refunded. well that refund never came. i waited a few days and contacted my card issuer, who confirmed there was no refund pending. so i called the store again and was told the manager would follow up. of course, that never happened. it’s now been about a week and a half with zero contact from the manager. at one point, an employee even told me they were taking my number home to the manager (who they apparently live with), which somehow made this even more ridiculous. when i called again the next day, i was met with attitude and told, “i still don’t understand why you never got your order,” even though i had already explained it multiple times, specifically to that same employee. they even claimed the order actually WAS received shortly after i placed it, which directly contradicts what i was originally told when i called 5–10 minutes after ordering. so apparently they didn’t have my order… but also, they did? even with all that, i stayed patient and just wanted my refund, which i was told only a manager could handle. i was promised a call back at 2pm that day. guess what? no call. a few days later i saw a missed call from them, but no voicemail and, unsurprisingly, no follow up after that. at this point, it’s clear this location has no accountability, no communication, and no respect for customers. after multiple calls, zero proper callbacks, one employee who somehow both lives with the manager AND couldn’t get them to contact me, and being asked why i “never got my order” (great question bc i’d love to know too!!!!), i’m still out $16 AND my patience. mistakes happen, but the complete lack of effort to fix it is crazy. this is easily the worst customer service i’ve experienced from any fast food place. avoid this location unless you’re good with throwing your money away. especially at a place where the online ordering “works” about as much as it doesn’t. 0 stars if i could at this point.

    Not my normal lunch but no choices. Italian Sammy had lots of meat, but that's the only redeeming quality. The bread was chewy.
