    I'm usually happy with the employees at this subway but yesterday was an unpleasant experience. An employee I never saw in there before- white female with brown hair was the most uneccasarrily unfriendly person I've encountered there. I asked her a question about a meal and refrenced that I had a coupon.It seemed to be a very serious issue for her based on her tone and the look on her face thatI must be the one to tear off the coupon. While I have no issue ripping it off mysel I hadnt done it yet because I didn't get ny food yet and because in the past other employees told me they will do it. But she would not even make my sandwich until she let me very intensly know that it was my job to do it not hers. So I got my meal but already had a soda that I bought before I got there. It was part of the meal deal. She refused to let me exchange it for something else or lower the price. I needed to go to Fry's so I asked if I could grab the soda on the way back so that I didn't have to walk around with two sodas. She refused. Her justification was that I could have used a cup from another day. But I paid her for it, I had the receipt, and she saw me ask. I just don't get the absolute inflexible stubborn attitude.she never smiled and had zero customer service skills.

    I Stop at Subway .. I have the best experience with the nicest two people that we’re working their shift.. Don’t see that much now, so super happy to have two wonderful human beings being their very best. Thanks guys

    I had the 22$ app deal and the scanner they were having issues and it wouldn't scan I was patient and they didn't give me the deal they had a manager which they could have overridden and they didn't very poor customer service and what a shame I was gonna give them a good tip I don't plan on coming back soon which is a shame because we tip. They were these 2 Hispanic ladies and they need to learn how to override deals especially when we have the app
