Matt the store manager is very rude , what I ordered was unavailable and instead of offering anything else he just said he can’t do anything for me . So now I wasted money , wasted the rewards I used , and wasted my time . He wouldn’t give me any corporate number or my receipt. Totally ridiculous.

Every time I go to this location the maneger is late or leaves early is insane I waited 30 min for a sandwich the employee was new and working his self costumer's were leaving no one wants to wait that long this location definitely needs a new RGM.NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

THE MANAGER HAD INTERCORSE WITH AN EMPLOYEE IN THE WALK IN (where the food is stored) AND IS CURRENTLY EMPLOYED THERE AND ELSE WHERE HIS NAME IS MATT HE ALSO DOES THE BARE MINIMUM FOR SUBWAY THE FLOORS ARE DISGUSTING and when they mop they just wet the mop lazily drag it across the sticky crumb covered floor. Customer service is awful as if they are entitled to our money. If the front alone is this bad just imagine the back.
Also the managers are committing time theft and "keep getting away with it" not my words just thought someone out there might find all of this useful.
Don't go to subway.

Amazing attitude and customer service! Both employees greeted me warmly and were friendly! They're great attitudes really put me in a great mood myself! They also make these steak and cheese with, "love", and you can taste the difference! Thanks subway team for the best experience! I don't have the names but it was a female and male team and i was here@ 5:57 pm on 3/18 served by id# 999997.
