  Wyte assistant manager is a ( r a c i s t) li ar and the manager supports her lies do not go here if your blk you will not be treated fair they do not honor the prices they have posted the cold cut combo 6” is listed at 3.99 but when it rings up it comes to 4.99 but the employees will act like your wrong for expecting them to honor the 3.99 its always out of their control and the (r a c i s t) lady will make up policy so she can (dis- criminate) against blk ppl then she will lie to her manager and try to make the customer look like the problem and do you think the manager does any type of investigation to find out the truth? nope she just took the lying (r a c i s t) word an supported the lies worst subway in phoenix i spoke to the regional manager and everything that happened was lies and (dis- criminative) but I now see what type of employees get made managers the ( r a c i s t) ones I bet they get rewarded for being ( r a c i s t) and overcharging on items that are clearly marked at a lower price just scamming all the way around and I hope the regional manager or store owner either corrects this or maybe their the reason its so bad I mean stuff trickles down from the top so maybe the owner or regional manager are promoting this type of customer treatment cause they sure support it and never rectify it so maybe their trained this way just to be evil and play dumb when they are clearly taking advantage of their customers

  Ordered online, but there were no veggie patties in stock. There's no option to cancel the order anywhere (app or website), store was not answering the phone, while doordash kept assigning new delivery drivers. Not a vegan friendly place.

  Absolute ghetto rip off artists. In front of my neice, these girls overcharged me twice and then had the nerve to cuss me out in front of other customers. They slammed the case down, called me a "motherfu**n b*tch" and refused to give me my money back. I insisted on speaking to a manager. She called a guy up who claimed to be a manager who told me that I was being disrespectful. I told him, "prove it, you aren't even here!" He told me "I don't care, don't ever come back." The last time I went in there, a different girl left off meat and lied to my face. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Nope. Just liars.

  Henry and Forest are great associates. They treated myself and my friend very well, as well as provided great service. They were kind and offering and we highly recommend this location to everyone.

  We had the pleasure of having Megan make our sandwiches. Not only was she pleasant but she gave us small samples of a new dressing. She was great and if I had a food service business I would hire her immediately. Awesome sandwiches!
