  I walked in here and waited for 10 minutes for the girl to come up from the back. There were two people behind me. She asked my order. I tell her I want the foot-long Meal of the day, she then proceeds to make the two people behind me sandwich. When she gets back to mine, I said can I just ring out? It’s just turkey. There’s no toppings no condiments. She proceeds to throw a fit and tell me that she has a long line. She brings me up and I said can I get my two cookies instead of chips she says oh you didn’t tell me I said yes I did at the beginning of the line. She’s like no you didn’t and just stood there and wouldn’t re-ring it. Incompetence it’s finest and with attitude.

  Avoid this location, there one guy with tatoo who thinks he giving the subs for free, pathetic creepy attitude he carries with himself for customers. Had to walk away politely due to creepy attitude, never going back ever. Big fan of the subway though, unfortunate Went to nearby tacobell, big relief with such freindly attutude Train him some manners or lose customers fast and furious. 9.00 pm Sep 24

  Came in at 11pm and the person there was closing down the line and stated that if I didn't have a preorder then I was going to have to wait 10 mins before they could make a sandwich. I left and went across the street. You shouldn't be closing the line down when there is still an hour of open operation time. I'm annoyed as I drove out of my way to come here after work.

  This gentleman named Kevin was absolutely astounding with the service he provided. He was very coherent with listening to my order and HE WAS RUNNING THE LINE BY HIMSELF and got 2 subs out in less than 4 minutes whilst being super kind. Great service member.

  I always order the beef footlongs today there was less meat, people i haven’t seen before put American cheese instead of pepperjack i just reorder off the app so i know how our 2 sandwiches should be. They put spinach on my one without spinach then picked it off also put mayonnaise when i just wanted extra peppercorn ranch they super slopped it on cause they were offended when I called out the spinach on one without spinach. The girl with blonde hair and black streaks and glasses. How rude oh yeah they also waited to start my order 5min i was in store she started cleaning slicer instead of fixing my order granted i got there early but no one customers were there she chose to wait 5min til 4 other customers came to start making it. She is rude ill start going to another Subway now probably 64th and Greenway. Goodbye.
