    Staff is rude. I was waiting to place an order. As the staff told another customer that she has to do an online order first. That was fine. She finished that order and another customer walks in & does his subs first while & does the prior customers second. I could see her getting frustrated with that customer because he couldn’t speak very good English. I didn’t even want to order my sub from that staff because of how rude her interaction was & I left. That was just a rude staff with gross behavior.

    Came in on my lunch to grab a quick sandwich. Noticed there was only two workers. One was attending to a gentleman in front of Me and the other worker was cleaning. Once the gentleman left 2 to go orders came in. She started making the two sandwiches instead of assisting Me and she took her sweet time. The other worker didn’t bother trying to jump in to assist as well. So I decided to leave. Won’t be going back here. Services slow and no customer service.

    Placed an online order to pick up, went in and picked up my order, I then asked the female employee with tattoos if I could get a side of Giardiniera peppers. She told me they charge extra, I was caught off guard because usually it is included with a sandwich. Regardless, I said that’s fine and decided to dine inside. I noticed my sandwich was missing pickles I then notified the same employee. She asked me to bring the sandwich back she looked at it and wanted to also see the receipt to verify if I added pickles. This honestly offended me as if I were lying to get free pickles? I told her it’s just pickles I then showed her the receipt. she commented saying there are cameras and mentioned it matters to her because she has kids to feed? Honestly this interaction was very odd and uncalled for over PICKLES?? I paid for my sandwich it wasn’t free.

    Sub roll was hard! Was in a hurry so went back in to get a fork just to eat the middle and one of the girls was on break at 1:15pm! Couldn’t wait in the long line. Ridiculous
