    I didn't feel welcomed when I walked in but I thought maybe he was having a bad day. No problem. I ordered my sandwich and it was the saddest sandwich I've ever had from Subway. I've never eaten at this location and I never will again.

    only went in to order a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki footlong, and it honestly felt like I insulted the older lady named Terry just by ordering it. I don’t know what the issue was, but when I asked her to add my condiments, she kept making faces and mumbling things under her breath. At the end while charging me, she was almost slamming the soda cup on the counter and handling the sandwich aggressively too, while still murmuring things. I honestly ignored it because I didn’t want any problems or arguments. I was just chilling, minding my own business, not looking for trouble at all. But I was genuinely surprised at how bad the attitude was. If you don’t want to work there, then simply quit. The other guy working there was actually very nice the whole time, so no complaints about him at all. But the lady’s attitude was really bad.

    I am absolutely livid. I just witnessed the most disgusting display of "customer service" at this location today (May 11th, around 11:40 AM).There was an elderly man—clearly his first time ever in a Subway—simply trying to order a meal. Instead of helping him, the employee behind the counter spent the entire time shaking his head and sighing like a petulant child every time the man asked a basic question. It was dehumanizing and painful to watch.Then it was my turn. Did I get a "hello" or even a "be right with you"? Nope. This worker completely ignored my existence and started working on a to-go order without saying a single word to my face. I finally had to snap and call him out on his blatant disrespect.To the owner: your staff is a complete disgrace to your brand. This person shouldn't be working with the public if they can't manage basic human decency. I hope there is serious disciplinary action taken, because the level of arrogance and disrespect I saw today was truly unreal. I’m done with this place. The employee's name is (MATT)
