The Hispanic lady who works here won’t allow you to add extra veggies. This is the second time she’s done this to me. I asked for spinach and she literally put only 3 leaves on my sandwich. When I asked her to add more bell pepper she snapped at me and said no extra veggies as per a sign they put on the counter. The sign only said they couldn’t do extra tomatoes…it didn’t say anything else. She said it means ALL THE VEGETABLES lol. Even if you offer to pay extra they still won’t make your sandwich the way you like it so I walked out and drove to a different Subway. Guess what? That location made my sandwich without an issue. Don’t know what’s up with this 24th St location it’s really gone to the dumps or they need a new employee.

I bought a footlong for my lunch to take to work and was biting into my sandwich when I felt something strange. When I spit out my food I found a piece of plastic in it. I would go back to get a refund but I can’t leave my job. I don’t feel comfortable eating the rest of the sandwich or buying anything from here again. I’m pregnant and I wouldn’t want to digest anything that can cause harm to me or my baby.

Don’t you ever turn a customer away and say you’re closed if your door is not locked. I walked in there and you turned me away. That is beyond crap.

I walked in here for a sandwich. Your door is not locked, but when I walk in there, you tell me that I can’t get a sandwich because you’re closed for inventory. How is it closed and Your door is not locked?
