  I had a coupon and asked if they accepted them before ordering. She asked "is American cheese okay.". I asked for provalone; she asked if I wanted it toasted? No; she toasted the meat. She didn't put any sweet onion sauce on it which per the many Subway sandwiches that I have had is the reason they toast it. She then stated, American cheese right? No. There was a container of onions and bell peppers on the first station the containerthat looked like it could be photographed for Subway ads; the other station had big chunks of onions. I always ask for heavy onions and then ask for more since it is the best part of the sandwich. "They are all the same." I advised that the other container looked more appealing. She begrudgingly took a step to reach the ones that I had requested. If Google had negative stars, I would be using them for this review.

  customer experience was less than adequate. Food freshness not adequate. The employees just don't care... unfortunately true.

  I been coming to this particular Subway location since my High school days. I have never been disappointed. The sandwiches are delicious and the customer service is great!! They also have a variety of party trays for a family gathering or event. 😊

  If I could give 0 stars for the customer service I would. Associate lied saying she was being yelled at about a situation. Ordered delivery through the app and it wasn’t delivered. Tried getting assistance from the store and seeing if it can be redelivered. Associate was complaining to the manager and lying while I could hear everything. Very unprofessional and I would never spend my money at this location again. Save your money and go to another location. Don’t ever do delivery through the subway app! It was a complete nightmare.

  Clean, fresh veggies, and staff was super nice. Thank you Chely!! The sandwich was great quality.
