I have to say, being a top reviewer for restaurants and entertainment, Subway has the worst app possible out of any fast food chain.
The app is more difficult to work than anything around and asking any employee to help you, good luck cuz they have no clue. Don't even try putting in for a discount or promotion because the app won't allow you to or it'll tell you that exact store doesn't accept it.
I ACTUALLY THINK THEY DO THIS PURPOSELY BY DESIGN.
Before you find yourself getting frustrated, ANGRY or you waste any time, I highly recommend visiting somewhere else for a fresh deli sandwich.

Today's service was impeccable!!!! Darion was friendly fast and amazing and got my sandwich looking so good !!! I had a terrible day and you made it the best. Service is never usually great. But today, the guy behind the counter had an attitude, then told me i needed to not have an attitude with him.
As context, i told him what i was ordering. He didn't seem to hear me, so I repeated myself several times on what i wanted to get, as he kept asking. When first trying to order, he was saying they were out of the things we asked for, but was clearly there. He suggested i go somewhere for better service, so that's what we did. Why deal with someone who has a racial issue with customers?
Went to the subway off peoria, about half a mile north. Their service was excellent and they were so nice and helpful. I gave them a five star review and left a tip.
