In the time it takes these people to make your sub you could drive to the store yourself, buy the bread and meat, go home, take the dogs for a walk, shower, then make and eat the sandwich, and they would still be making your sub you ordered on the app 30 minutes ago

The app sent me to the wrong location, which staff said happens often. When I finally arrived, my sandwich was cold, soggy, and not toasted as ordered.
The manager, Miguel, handled things poorly—he loudly interrogated staff and customers instead of simply resolving the issue. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The only positive was Malachi, who remade my sandwich, apologized, and was very kind. Unfortunately, the management experience was enough that I won’t be returning. Miguel could learn a thing or two about customer service and compassion from Malachi.
