  I placed an order through the app and ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken sub, and they sent me a 6 inch that wasn't even warm when it arrived, same with my foot long meatball pepperoni sub. I tried to call TWICE to see if I could get a refund on that, but all I was met with was an ear piercing dial up tone and then I was hung up on. Now, instead of getting a refund for the jipped sandwich, I have to complain on a site these jerks probably don't even read. Do NOT order from this Subway, I can tell based on my experience and the reviews for this place that their customer service is appalling. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

  Placed an online order. On one of the sandwiches was suppose to have extra veggies. When I picked up and took home my sandwich Did Not have extra veggies, it barely had on regular amount. I called and went back down to have sandwich remade. When I arrived, they were unfriendly and did not offer anything for my time having to correct their mistake, none the less it’s over 100 degrees outside. When I asked for the managers name, the lady said she was the owner. It’s amazing on how terrible her customer service was throughout that transaction. I will not be going back to that Subway. Terrible!!

  Younger female with dark hair needs to be re-trained on how to make basic sandwiches and her customer service skills. I asked for a 4" kids sandwich, it was no more than 2". Then she made my sandwich so messy, to where everything was spilling out when she was wrapping it. I asked for it to be re-made. She was clearly aggravated. Then just threw the contents back on a different piece of bread.-messy again. I will not return to this location for that fact. Rediculous. It's a sandwich, really not that hard...?

  Got a sandwich with day old bread then she pulls fresh bread out of the oven right after she made mine Then the lady over charged me at the register.
