  Some of the rudest most disgusting people I have ever met work here!! she/he wanted to lie and take my bacon to the back to microwave it so she could spit on it instead of throwing it in the toaster oven like every other Subway does. It is definitely worth driving 5 more minutes to a different store or different sandwich shop where employees might have a little bit more dignity and respect for themselves yet alone the customer! Unfortunately they had to throw away or they ate the five sandwiches of mine that I was going to get because I walked out 😝

  Horrible Customer Service & Poorly Made Sandwich I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered two sandwiches, and while one was fine, the other was absolutely soaked in sauce. As you can see from the pictures, there was so much sauce that the bread and entire sandwich were saturated, making it extremely difficult to eat. I went back to the counter and politely asked if they could remake the sandwich. Instead of simply trying to resolve the issue, the employee questioned why it needed to be remade and repeatedly told me that he needed a “legit reason” to remake it. I showed him the sandwich and explained that it was not even reasonably edible in the condition it was served. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee continued arguing instead of trying to provide basic customer service. I eventually asked to speak with a supervisor, only to be told that the supervisor would not be coming in later that day. Mistakes happen with food orders, but the way a customer is treated when bringing up a legitimate problem matters just as much. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the sandwich remade because it was excessively covered in sauce and was not prepared properly. I hope management sees this feedback and addresses both the food preparation and the customer service at this location. Customers should not have to argue with an employee just to get a poorly prepared sandwich corrected. I would strongly recommend that management provide better training on both food preparation and how to handle customer complaints professionally.

  Black older dude that works here is literally drunk on the job and you can smell it. Who ever has hir3d this guy need to make sure their employees aren't coming to work drunk like this i will be calling on Monday and going in tomorrow to talk to someone about this

  Reyshon has gone above and beyond 2 days in a row! The sandwiches delicious, the customer service 10/10 and the store is so clean organized and well put together. Definitely recommend this subway over many others!

  I feel really bad, because the person who made my sandwiches was really sweet. But when I asked for light dressing, they drowned the sandwich in vinaigrette. I SPECIFICALLY asked for THEEE banana peppers on my sub and I watched them put a whole handful on. It was bizarre.
