I paid for a whole meal and the manager wouldn’t give me a cup for water. Why should I as a customer be deprived of water with my food just because the store is out of stock?? He refused to give me a bigger cup, and blamed other humans for coming in to get water, instead of taking accountability for the store not having cups in stock. No water given with my meal! Customer service is getting worse and worse. Morality and fairness matters everywhere, including subway. Such ridiculous and disappointing treatment from a manager. Never going back

Please do not go here this place needs to be shut down food is horrible no meat on my foot long sandwich vegetables slime and no good my sandwich was nasty I had to throw it away after spending 20 dollars it wasn’t about the money the quality and presentation come on what happened to subway this is not subway poor service.

Did not get my coke or 2 potato chips with my doordash order from this store. Called back immediately and asked if it is a doordash order do you put the whole order in a bag. He says yes usually. I told him What I did not get. He said oh, that could of happened. I asked for a refund he said he would call his manager and call me back. No call back. That was Fri. On Monday I stopped by the store and asked for the manager. She said they were not there. I told her of the incident and she said write all the information down on this paper and the manager will get back with you. She also said they have video so they can tell. I'm like great. I put my name, phone number, invoice number and pick up time of the order. No one called me back. Thursday I called and was able to talk to the manager. He says it's been a week the invoice is gone. So SOL to you and it was a doordash order you should call them. I say well I called the nite of the incident and on Monday. If I was to call doordash why didn't the 1st and 2nd person who works there tell me. He says he will talk to his staff.

The young man whose name I think was Kaden, was very nice and helpful when making my sandwich. I had a few questions and he happily answered them and made the experience well worth it. There was another worker, a lady with colored hair and beanie who I didn’t get the name of, was also just as great. The food was very good, did not disappoint. I definitely will be going here again in the future.
