  At 11:07 am on 06/07/26 The employee here was very rude and impatient with taking my order. She made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable to even be there... she needs more training on treating customers better!

  Was there on 6/2/26 (around 10:15AM, seemed like a white girl, skinny, tattoos on her hand, maybe about 5"1) with my daughters this morning trying to have a nice lunch but, unfortunately employees there are miserable and I seemed to notice this the minute I walked in. I was opening door to let my daughters go in first and instead of employee greeting customers and be ready to serve guests she stared at me and walked to the back and was there for a few minutes, even then she came back and not even greeted us just asked "How many sandwiches?" with an attitude not even at least a fake smile. I told her 2 but 1 would be a 12" Italian and the second one would be a 12' Herbs and cheese. as I tell her what type of sandwiches they will be she is smashing in all the ingredients she then toasted the sandwiches separately because I asked for them separately and she could not toast them together - but because she was in a bad mood she over toasted them in toaster, you can see burned spots on them. By then another guest walked in and she started working on their sandwiches and left mine unattended then I proceeded to ask her if she is not going to finish my sandwiches first then I don't want them they will be cold by the time we sit and eat them, keep in mind they had already been over toasted and cold is not something I'm going to be paying for. When I confronted her about it, she would act like she did not understand what I was trying to say. She just said so do you want them or not again I'm not paying for cold hard sandwiches especially because she just felt like starting to work on other guest sandwiches before finishing mine. I will just go to my normal subways - Northside after this location has always had terrible customer service - now I wanted to give it another try since they had been closed for a while and then reopened, I thought maybe they went through new management but apparently not - never again stopping here.

  Young kid was singing a tune while/after making the sandwich, pretty jazzy with it, Computa, give these guys a raise.

  That is the most disgusting food shop I’ve seen! The manager so rude and the place is filthy! Vegetables very old the counter so dirty no customer service that is awful will never visit this store again

  ive only been to this location twice first time was good but this second time really upset me. when you are paying $15 for each sandwich i expect it to be perfect. tell me why i ordered 2 footlongs and got 6 inch?? ok i went back and said these were footlong the worker who was older with tatted eyebrows just made 2 more 6 inch. it was like she wasnt even paying attention to the ticket one sandwich was supposed to have no cheese she added cheese luckily i told her before but then i get home and check the other sandwich she gave me its a whole different bread then what i ordered. she might as well had made 2 footlongs instead of just 2 6 inch but oh well.
