  Dear corporate This is the first time in 1 year that I had Subway. The buy1 get one free lured me in, I had a custom order and it does not taste anything like my past my 10 plus year experience with Subway. It just did not taste the same as the past and the add ons seemed to be missing. I have two other sub stores 5 minutes away from my location, Jimmy John’s And Jersey Mikes. Yet my discounted order was about $17 dollars with the coupon I would have rather have quality and paid full price, I feel that you have lost a customer for life. I will also post this on an online review. Hope you do well on your future endeavors

  I went in to subway today for lunch!! After I had ordered and sandwich was made they told me they had no ice. Had I have known that before hand I wouldn’t have eaten there. But there was a sign on the fountain drink machine that said no ice, but drinks are still cold. We did get the daily combo so it came with a drink and I asked for a water cup with my sandwich. When we went over to fill the cups we filled the large cup with water and put root beer in the small cup. As we were filling our cup the manager came over and actually started yelling at us. Telling us that we only paid for 1 soda and we weren’t allowed to have another. I picked up the large cup and showed her it was filled with water and we were only filling the little one with soda. She proceeded to tell us we didn’t need it anyway because it was warm??? But wait, that’s not what your sign says. So we ate our sandwich’s with warm water and a total disbelief that a manager had just yelled at us in the middle of the restaurant!! Don’t think I will be returning to this location again. Too many Subways to choose from.

  The two workers that were working tonight had very poor customer service. The ice machine is broken . Don’t recommend this subway at all .

  I attempted to give this location another try, for convenience purposes, as I’ve been going to Port of Subs off 19th Ave/Deer Valley (freshly cut veggies, no charge on avocado for vegans/vegetarians). Today was not a great experience…..the team member shared the tomatoes were “defrosted” and was not managing making the vegan sandwich well. I had to ask a 12” be cut in half and mustard smeared all over her gloves, the top of the bread, and it was just sloppy. Her name was “Hailey”. Not sure if the manager, “Patty”, is still there. If so, nothing will change. She’s historically in a perpetual bad mood and doesn’t seem to care about her role or customers.
