  I attempted to give this location another try, for convenience purposes, as I’ve been going to Port of Subs off 19th Ave/Deer Valley (freshly cut veggies, no charge on avocado for vegans/vegetarians). Today was not a great experience…..the team member shared the tomatoes were “defrosted” and was not managing making the vegan sandwich well. I had to ask a 12” be cut in half and mustard smeared all over her gloves, the top of the bread, and it was just sloppy. Her name was “Hailey”. Not sure if the manager, “Patty”, is still there. If so, nothing will change. She’s historically in a perpetual bad mood and doesn’t seem to care about her role or customers.

  Ian at Subway did an amazing job! He added extra mayo exactly as requested without any hesitation, and even cut the subs perfectly just the way I wanted. His customer service was superb—friendly, professional, and efficient. It’s not often you come across service like that, and it definitely made the experience stand out. Highly appreciate the attention to detail!

  The lady and gentleman working tonight were so polite! It’s refreshing to walk in to a food place and have that kind of service and to be attended to immediately! And the place was impeccable! I wish I would have gotten their names, but thank you so much for the great service! 4/2/26 7:30pm

  Worst service of my life. The manager Patty is very unprofessional and I would HIGHLY advise anyone who is even thinking about coming to eat here to reconsider their idea and go eat at a better place. The place is disgusting and I will never be coming to this establishment ever again
