I was transferred to Stan when my previous AllState agent left the company, and have had a very negative and frustrating experience. Firstly, my personal information was incorrectly transferred over into his system. Most importantly, though, he has ignored my past 3 emails over the span of 2 months, and never answers the phone. I would suggest researching other AllState agents in the area to save yourself the frustration and headache.

Never, ever, ever in the office and certainly never answers the phone. You can't even get a copy of your insurance certificate.

You never really know the kind of agent you have until you have to file a claim. This monsoon season has destroyed our home and the Strege office could CARE LESS.
As a matter of fact, when we called for help to navigate our claim we were told word for word “why are you calling us we have nothing to do with claims there’s nothing we can do for you”. I recorded the conversation due to how shocking it was to hear that.
If that’s not enough to scare you away when you call the voicemail inboxes are always full, Matt never answers the phone and Stan is nowhere to be found besides his picture on the automated email you get on your birthday.
If you are adamant at speaking with someone in the office you will encounter the nightmarish receptionist with the worst customer service you’ve ever received.
With how many insurance agents there are nowadays, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this office.
