She explained everything, spent time on calls, never making me feel I was taking up her time, and she made the dreaded call to cancel the other insurance carrier!   Amber was absolutely amazing. Really amazing. I was overwhelmed and had a lot of options, she was the reason I stuck with this place. She didn’t keep me on the phone unnecessarily or talk over me to finish her script like some other people I had dealt with. I really didn’t want to be stuck on the phone for too long and she made the process super quick and stress-free.
