  I have been with Allstate Insurance for a little while now and Shayne Ward seems to be a man of his word so far so good but I have not been having any problems with the company I have two vehicles insured by Allstate Insurance at a very reasonable price. Thank you Shayne for all that you do.

  After my wife was hit by a red light runner, we tried to report the accident to Shane,s office; he and team where of no help, simply told us to go online to report it. When we wanted to get a rental car again they were of no help. this is was an absolute Black mark against Allstate. I find the customer service to be zero I would not recommend this to anyone.

  Got renters insurance through Shayne’s office when I moved into my apartment near Paradise Valley. Honestly didn’t think I needed it until they explained how much it actually covers — theft, water damage, personal liability, stuff I hadn’t considered. The monthly cost is barely noticeable. Only giving four stars because it took a couple calls to reach the right person initially, but once I got connected everything moved fast. They emailed me the policy documents the same day. If you’re renting and think insurance isn’t worth it, just call and have them run through the numbers. Changed my mind pretty quickly.

  I’ve been with Allstate for a while, and while the website itself is easy to use—especially for renewals—the overall experience has been frustrating. The rates are noticeably high, and despite trying multiple times to speak with a real person about purchasing business and professional liability insurance, I never received a call back or any meaningful response. It shouldn’t be this difficult to talk to a human being when you’re trying to give a company more business. The online tools are fine for basic tasks, but when it comes to customer service and follow‑through, there’s a lot of room for improvement.
