  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about the Juan Tapia Allstate Insurance Agency. The team is fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, and I truly felt taken care of. A huge thank you to Michael for his attention to detail and clear communication. He made sure everything was handled correctly and didn’t miss a beat. If you’re looking for an insurance office in downtown Phoenix that values your time and does things right, this is absolutely the place to go.

  I requested a quote online, received a super fast response with a thorough explanation and all my questions answered quickly by Gabriela. Very knowledgeable! My previous policy had not yet ended so I got a homeowners policy set up to start in a month. While waiting for the policy with Allstate to start, I received a quote from another company for hundreds less than Allstate in which I decided to cancel my policy with Allstate and move forward with the other company. This is when the customer service declined. No response to emails (over a week, even after follow up emails). I was told that I would be charged a cancellation fee (for a policy that never started) then that it was waived, told to e-sign a document that was never sent. When I called and spoke with Gabriela (after not receiving a response via email) she stated that the check was sent out (my mortgage company escrow had already mailed to them) but could not confirm where it was mailed (to me or the mortgage company). Customer service is excellent when you’re signing up, but beware of the hassle to cancel your policy. I also want to point out that one of the two 5 star reviews has the same name as the owner…maybe a coincidence lol.
