This man is extremely unprofessional. Hangs up on customers, belittles them when they stand up for themselves and literally laughs at their concerns. DO NOT HIRE HIM
All of the negative reviews are accurate - I just don’t understand why this place is still in business or why corporate Allstate hasn’t done anything about this as it’s a very poor representation!
We had been with Allstate for several years, and our rates increased year after year. When we finally decided to shop around, we received quotes that were nearly $2,000 less—with better coverage.
When we chose not to reinstate our policy, we sent multiple emails and never received a response. We eventually had to call, and the woman we spoke with confirmed that our emails had gone unanswered and acted as though this was normal and not a concern. She also stated that James is the owner so there was nothing basically she can do or no one else to share feedback with.
Prior to this, whenever we spoke with James directly, he was consistently rude and dismissive, making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced, and it is not a business I would recommend to anyone.
Like the fact that they have drive by the mile for people who don't drive more than 50 miles a day. I sometimes don't drive for days at a time and can't see paying higher prices for my car just sitting in the driveway.
Their app is good also and pretty easy to use once you get used to it explaining your trips, making payments and getting service, pretty much anything you need is right in the app.
