  If i could give zero stars i would. Extremely unprofessional and rude . Acts like sales person instead of agent trying to help customer. Needed help with quote but when given price i opted out of it as it was high and he acted like i had to take it as he was putting work in it, well that is his job plus he did not want to go over my policies to see if i could get better rate. After more then 20 + years i requested to have another agent re assigned .

  Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior We had a deeply disappointing experience with an Allstate representative who spoke down to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner. What made this interaction even more insulting is that my wife is not only a graduate of North Carolina, but has also worked in cancer research at the prestigious Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center—she is more than capable of understanding policies and asking informed questions. This kind of patronizing tone is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially from someone representing a national insurance company that claims to put people first. We expected a respectful, knowledgeable exchange—not arrogance or belittling behavior. If this is how Allstate treats its customers, especially highly educated and accomplished individuals, then it raises serious questions about the company’s values and training practices. I hope this feedback leads to accountability and a clear change in how customer service is handled moving forward.

  I was referred to this agent by a friend and I’ve had him for about three years every year. My insurance rate would go higher. He has the worst customer service attitude possible I would never recommend this person to anyone. He is very rude. I would call with a concern and he would tell me to stop calling or hang up on me yesterday when I finally had enough I asked if I could switch agents and he said I had a callback to Allstate after five and hung up again. So please, if you were looking for a new agent I recommend you stay clear from him. And reading over these reviews, I was the only one who had enough with him.

  I live in Phoenix and somehow my insurance was switched to you. I have asked you numerous times to switch me to an agent in Phoenix and you refused to switch me to a local Phoenix agent. After many telephone calls with Allstate corporate office you will have to transfer my insurance after 1year of being with you after my Phoenix agent retired. How I was switched to you is B.S. You are rude over the phone and then hang up. You are the worst insurance agent I have ever had.
