  The only reason I was there is because FedEx just stopped picking up my packages, no notice or anything. Driver who drops off says they're having "Internal problems" whatever that means...

  I need to send express packages nearly every day and normally that would be an annoying task. However, thanks to Tia and Tom, I look forward to my visits and when I don’t have one, I’m a little disappointed. They are the epitome of customer service and kindness.
