  Lady was unpleasant, another employee made up for it tho, I believe he was of Islander decent, cool guy. The only reason I was there was because FedEx just stopped picking up my packages, no notice or anything. Driver who drops off says they're having "Internal problems" whatever that means...

  I need to send express packages nearly every day and normally that would be an annoying task. However, thanks to Tia and Tom, I look forward to my visits and when I don’t have one, I’m a little disappointed. They are the epitome of customer service and kindness.

  If you are a truck driver, never come here to pick up your load because this place is very bad and you will have to wait. I couldn't even load my load in 12 hours.

  A great parking job by this guy on the busy Mill Ave. I felt very safe having to navigate off the bike lane and ride onto the streetcar tracks because he had to leave his trailer over my path.
