  Terrible customer service. Does not open on time, parking lot is chained off so there is no parking. Avoid this location if you can help it.

  FedEx had lied to me about when my delivery was supposed to arrive they kept changing the delivery times and then it literally aired and then the driver just hovered around my area and then when he got close he drove off and away and then he uploaded some random picture outside some random building 1 minute before his delivery time was supposed to finish and saying that he tried to deliver and the recipient was at home which was total BS because it says on the delivery package that I did not need to sign for it this was all a lie and I don't trust FedEx

  Absolute appalling behavior from delivery driver at this location. Third day in a row a delivery was marked as attempted, and the driver did not even attempt to knock on my door. My family’s at home with dogs who would respond if someone actually knocked on my door. It’s quite ridiculous and such a shame your employees are this spiteful for no good reason. Something must be done. Will continue to attempt to file complaints until someone from FedEx shows some type of interest or consideration for the customers that are forced to deal with them.
