Always get my live orders sent here. They open on time and ask if it's a live order to streamline the process. They keep the boxes in the office where it's nice and air conditioned.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I’ve never shipped with a shipper where them having system tracking issues that affect your business and they are the ones with the attitude. Not an apology, not a let me look into this. Just a “we ship millions of packages a day” this is the first we’ve seen. “How about making it right or at least picking up a phone and finding out answers?
The overall staff is great. The evening manager Rick is who this review is a reflection of.

I typically only leave reviews for either phenomenal or horrendous experiences, unfortunately this is the latter. This location was supposed to drop off a signature required package and despite myself being at the residence during both "delivery attempts", I recieve no knock at the door or physical doortag. Just pictures of a blurry doortag taken obviously in their vehicle (you can see their metal flooring in the pictures) two days in a row. I called customer service almost immediately afterwards. Their Customer Service line is meh, if you could go with any other delivery service then avoid fedex at all costs. My delivery is worth over $2k and I fear I may never recieve it. If you see the driver "George" as your delivery driver on the app, I wish you and your package luck. Never going through fedex again.
PUT YOUR CELL PHONE DOWN! PAY ATTENTION! DO YOUR JOB! RING!!! THE!!! DOORBELL!!! Quit leaving valuables outside unattended without notifying us that it's here! Arrived a week early, no notice, no doorbell, left in an area marked "DO NOT LEAVE HERE, SPRINKLER AREA" right next to a big 4 FOOT red sign that reads "DELIVERIES: RING THE DOORBELL"...I'm getting really fed up with my valuables left on my porch without my knowledge exposed to theft, heat, rain, sprinklers etc! It's literally in your work description as well as your training manuals...TELL US ITS OUTSIDE, AT THE VERY LEAST!!!

I am writing to report an issue regarding my package delivery, as I have received inconsistent and unclear information from your customer service team.
I was initially informed that a delivery attempt had been made; however, no one came to my residence and no delivery notice or tag was left on my door. I was later told that the package had not gone out for delivery and is currently at your facility. Additionally, when I have contacted customer service, I have repeatedly been placed on hold and transferred between representatives without receiving a clear or consistent update.
One representative stated they were unable to provide an estimated delivery time or confirm whether the driver was in my area, while another took my contact information and mentioned that a driver may call me. At this point, I have not received any follow-up or resolution.
I am requesting a clear update on the current status and location of my package, as well as the next steps for delivery or pickup. If the package is being held at a facility, I would like the option to pick it up directly and would appreciate the address and any necessary instructions.
