  Employee Leo is the nicest guy. I come in every now and again to drop off packages and he always seems to be in a great mood each time i see him. He definitely deserves Employee of the year.

  I live in Phoenix Arizona. My packages keep going to the wrong address within my apartment complex because driver doesn’t want to deliver to address because of all the mental health living here. I have news flash under the ADA people with mental health have rights to receive packages to right address. My package contains urological supplies a much needed package. I keep getting told call call call you have call them but when I try to use automated system I have hard time navagating system which could be ADA issue. If my packages don’t come to my apartment and I end up in hospital FedEx can pay my medical bills 😡

  Great customer service and I was well pleased to find out they have discount FedEx boxes that are much cheaper to send than my personal packaging.
