Huge store, Z E R O Customer service whatsoever. UPS Store across the street by Safeway is a better option.

I went in today to pick up a print order that I had paid for 4 days prior online. When I went in the old man Mike that was helping was very rude he said I'm very skinny and asked how much I weigh which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I humored him and he just continued to be disrespectful about my weight. I showed him my verification email I had received to go pick up and he asked for id like 2 times after he had already seen it. Then he kept insisting that he couldn't find my order(it was in his hand) and kept saying something about a ship order. I did not have a ship order and only had a print order. The whole ordeal was very disrespectful and odd

Jim was great! Very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the finished product. Thank you!
