I am thankful to Robert U. who was extremely kind and patient with me by helping weigh the heavy package drop off lifting it up and down for me. And when I realized I had forgotten something in the parcel that he just packed, he was very kind and gracious to open it and reseal it because of my bad. Mr. Mike provided exceptional customer service during my visit. Upon my arrival, he promptly inquired if I needed assistance. He was very helpful with my return, provided guidance via email, and explained the steps for using the printing station. The return process was very straightforward. Thank you, Mr. Mike.

I rarely leave reviews, but the employees here are always so helpful and easy to work with, I had to come on and give them a shout out!
Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I usually will have 800-1000 flyers printed to promote a concert and they price gouge when the employees of the branch have to do anything at all. Then when the order is not printed correctly they blame the customer instead of fixing the problem to make the order right. Bad service.
I’ve been coming to this FedEx Office location for printing for the past 5 years and have always had a positive experience, until today.
Unfortunately, my interaction with Jim at the front was very disappointing. I was overcharged for printing a single page black and white $3.08 , and when I asked for a sticky cover plate or shipping sticker cover (which has typically been provided in the past), he refused in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Even when I offered to pay for it, he declined and mentioned it was only for “his customers,” which was confusing and frustrating since I am a regular customer.
This experience was unexpected given my history with this location. I hope management addresses this, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve received here before.
