  This is the only Fedx I go to. For years James always helped me with my weekly shipping. He retired and I was happy for him but very disappointed I would probably not have good service. The I meet Joel. Amazing !!! He not only greets me by name but knows the names of all my clients I ship to. He has the memory of an Elephant. He is precise in everything he does. I have had him ship Artwork, collectibles among other items ,and my clients rave about the perfection and detail to his packing. I ship mail regularly from this Fedx. The service is the Best! Thank you Joel for making my experience a joy 😊 You are Awesome!👌

  Wednesday morning 11:30AM. Bad experience. Sullen staff and understaffed. I was so disappointed watching the service to customers in front of me that I just left to head to the nearest UPS store.

  Joel who works at this location was incredible. I needed help wrapping my uncle’s urn to get him to where we are going to spread his ashes and Joel handled it with such kindness, care and compassion. He was able to help me package it up so I could take it to the post office. A great employee and embodiment of a caring individual. Excellent hire, FedEx!

  Everything was perfect... except the lack of a bike rack, made it really hard to find a place to lock up my bike had to go around back and lock my bike to a gas line🥴 customer service was prompt and friendly though making up for my parking situation ⭐⭐⭐⭐
