  TRAAAAAASSSSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I want to just call the store and ask a HUMAN a question about a package. BUT When I call, I just get the AI WITH NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN. TRASH! The best part is that the CEO thinks AI is a great option.....I REFUSE to use FED EX now over this for future deliveries.

  1 star for changing their hours. They now close at 7pm. Used to be open later.

  Been using this location for a year and shipped over 200 packages. The people who work here are always very pleasant and helpful. I actually look forward to dropping off packages to say hi to them. 100% helpful and never have had a problem.

  Went in for a passport photo. The took the photo from mid-arm up, should have been shoulder up. Online renewal wouldn't take it initially. Fortunately I got the digital version as well as print and was able to crop. The staff need a refresher on passport photo requirements. This could have been a huge issue if I had to send in physical prints.
