I had a question that I asked “ what does FedEx overnight standard mean and, are there different types of overnight? If so what are they and what do they mean?” He answered my questions and explained his answers with respect and as most would, not expect me to know the answers.

This FedEx Shipping Center was clean and easy to get in and out of. The employees were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, making the visit a breeze. They also have a nice selection of greeting and birthday cards, along with convenient printing, laminating, and computer access. A great place to take care of shipping and office needs. Highly recommend!

Went in with a bookmark project and Carsten got it taken care of efficiently and professionally. They do such good work here and they have integrity in what they do. They are more pricey but they are worth the extra cost.

FedEx corporate/management I hope you are reading this because give Lauren a raise or promote her. I watched her handle the store alone and answer calls and she’s really good at multi tasking and figuring out what is a priority. She had people in line and twice made people that called feel like their call was important and never gave off she was overwhelmed. She impressed me so much I wrote a review. She’s amazing and don’t lose her
