Came in and asked a simple question to Ray who then yelled at me while Carston came over to politely handle and answer. This is the second time the same employee, Ray, has been extremely rude for no reason when I came in for a normal shopping service. It really took me by surprise that she was so cold and rude for seemingly no reason. Horrible customer service on Ray’s part.

Got a quote for a simple label job and SPECIFIED the size I needed. The quote came to me quickly and I approved the price of $38. When I arrived to pick up and pay, the label was was too small. I indicated that my EMAIL stated clearly the size I needed. I left and they said they would redo the label. 40 minutes later I get an email saying the price went from $38 to $177 which is INSANE. Do Not use this store - they clearly do not know that you need APPROVAL to increase a price that was already approved. No wonder they have a LOW rating. Stay Clear!

I was having a stressful day and when I walked into this location everyone was kind. Mia helped me and she has a nice calming demeanor. It really helps when people can see that you may be stressed. Their employees are kind and accommodating. Thanks Mia.

Don't trust Google hours. They're wrong and have been for years! Hours posted on their shop window are, recently, correct.
Manager? District manager? Regional manager? Someone is "verifying" incorrect hours. How hard is this to get right? You'd think you'd want accurate online information about your business.
The staff are friendly enough. This is just a j.o.b. for them, and there is a culture of "not my job, not my problem."
I have to ask someone to restart the wide format printer nearly every time I'm in.
