  Great customer service. Chris is a very nice and extremely helpful Store Manager. His persona is very professional and takes care of his customers like they are more than just a customer. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomes and asked, "How mat I help you". That alone gave me a good feeling. Chris explained everything I needed to do to return items back to where it needed to go. The store is very clean. I also purchased an item and later looked at the receipt. The 20% off the item I purchased was NOT applied. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this location. Great Job Chris!

  Joseph and Chris, the manager, were absolutely outstanding. I came in with a last-minute project and even managed to mess up one of my roll-up banners — they immediately stepped in, fixed the situation, and swapped it out at no charge. Both were the utmost professional, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They went far beyond what I expected, and we even enjoyed a great conversation while waiting for everything to finish. This is exactly what exceptional customer service looks like. I’ll absolutely be back anytime I’m in Phoenix. 5/5 honestly doesn’t do Joseph, Chris, and this FedEx Office justice. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  Fedex is defrauding me out of $17.40 for shipping I already paid for. I have no choice but to pay it because that is too low an amount to reasonably hire an attorney for. NEVER ship with fedex

  I wanted to thank Chris and Adrian for there extreme help today I needed help with printing a topper and they helped print it with no problem I really appreciate them.
