  Very very helpful staff members. I would like to give kudos to Rihan. She is super patient. Very friendly and very, very helpful. She made sure the job was done to the customer satisfaction and even greeted everyone with a warm friendly smile. They make you feel welcome to come do business in this place. All the staff members make sure they get you in and out where you're not here. All day, trying to get things done. Big kudos to all the staff as well for all of them working as a team and communicating with one another. So that everyone is on the same page. Thanks, FedEx office.

  Man o man. It never fails. Im a graphic designer and I bring things ready to print all the time, but the staff just doesnt know what they're doing. Bring them a vector file and watch what happens

  Trying to call to speak to a human is impossible. I was on this line for about 10 minutes. With some AI machine attempting to get them to transfer me to a live human. Because they were not understanding my request. And eventually, this AI bot told me no one was available to take my call and someone could call me back. I think this types of services where these companies and these businesses are pushing AI to the front of the line and removing all human connections is absolutely disgusting. Why would I do business with a company that I can't even do business with?I gotta go through some a I bought an order to have an actual conversation and have my questions answered that alone makes me not want to go to this place
